Rosemount enforces the Dakota County ordinance restricting children and teens from being in public places unsupervised during these hours:

Age under 12

- Sunday through Thursday - 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Friday and Saturday - 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Age 12-14

- Sunday through Thursday - 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Friday and Saturday - 11 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Age 15-17

- Sunday through Thursday - 11 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Friday and Saturday - 12:01 a.m. to 5 a.m.
