New or significantly altered multiple family housing, commercial, or industrial uses are required to receive site plan approval. Development within the BP – Business Park zoning district can receive administrative approval from City staff. Development at any other multiple family housing, commercial, or industrial site require a public hearing and approval from the Planning Commission. Neighboring property owners will be notified of the public hearing and a public hearing notice will be published in the Rosemount Town Pages.
