New or significantly altered multiple family housing, commercial, or industrial uses are required to receive site plan approval. Development within the BP –Business Park zoning district can receive administrative approval from City staff. Development at any other multiple family housing, commercial, or industrial site require a public hearing and approval from the Planning Commission. Neighboring property owners will be notified of the public hearing and a public hearing notice will be published in the Rosemount Town Pages.
