Cable Television
We're moving
Due to Charter’s digital conversion, our Government, Education, and Public Access programming will be located on new channel numbers.  Effective on or after Sept. 30, the new channels will be:
180   Government Access – Apple Valley and Farmington (formerly Ch. 16)
187   Public Access (formerly Ch. 12)
188   Government Access – Rosemount and Dakota County (formerly Ch. 22)
189   ISD 196 Education Access (formerly Ch. 10)
The change applies to the Charter cable system.  Channels on FTTH remain unchanged.

Local Government Programming
Cable television programming for local government in Rosemount is provided through a cooperative agreement with the cities of Apple Valley and Farmington.

Regular meetings of the City Council and the Planning Commission are telecast live and as recorded over government access channels of cable TV systems serving Rosemount.  They appear on Channel 22 on both the Charter and FTTH systems.  [View the Channel 22 schedule.]  Some programs of interest also appear on Ch. 16.

Community Access
Qualifying nonprofit and civic groups can request the posting of announcements on Ch. 12. Postings must conform with Cable Commission policies. (See tips on how to create a message.)  Contact (952) 953-2686 or  for more information.
