The City of Rosemount is one of 19 metro cities that was awarded a Water Efficiency Grant from the Metropolitan Council. The City will use these funds to issue rebates to residential customers for the purchase and installation of certain water-efficient items in existing homes (no new construction). Rebate guidelines and application forms are available on our Water Conservation page of the website.

Responsibilities and Services
The Rosemount Public Works and Engineering departments are responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of the City’s streets, water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer systems. Public Works staff is also responsible for maintaining the parks, sidewalks, trails, and all City buildings and vehicles.
The Public Works Department operates according to council-approved quality standards. View the Quality Standards document and find out more about the work we do throughout the City.

For after-hours emergencies (water main break, sink hole, etc.) please contact the Dakota Communications Center (dial 911) and a dispatcher will alert the proper staff.
